Age Limits

What happens if I lose my bike or it gets stolen?

Please immediately report to the police and notify Swap Premier representatives. If we are able to retrieve the bike, you will be charged a $150 retrieval fee plus any damages incurred. If the bike cannot be found, your insurance will cover most of the cost, but your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay an additional $500. Alternatively, you can opt for enhanced insurance coverage by paying an additional $25 per month, which eliminates the need for the $500 extra charge if the bike is lost.

How do I book a return?

Please contact us via phone or email to arrange a return. We require at least 3 days' notice to process your request efficiently.

How to cancel a subscription?

You must provide a US Photo ID, be 18 years or older, and proof of residency is optional but recommended.
